Official Statement Regarding the Reported Case

It is sad to see someone inciting hatred against a person or company—in this case, due to language barriers or a refusal to perform tasks outside the signed contract.
It is always good to hear both sides of the story; we will present our defense respectfully, using the contract, photos, and videos to demonstrate that we fulfilled every agreed-upon term.
We always strive to maintain a positive company image. We have never had an issue of this magnitude with previous clients—such as leaving trash behind or failing to honor a contract.
Regarding the client's claims: they argue that we spent two days sanding and fixing defects. While it was supposed to be a new construction project, the home was actually occupied; we had to help move beds, mattresses, and other household items.
Regarding the electrical work: we were hired to install drywall. Moving electrical boxes, wiring, or other electrical components was neither in our contract nor our responsibility. If your electrician installed them there, then that settles the matter.
Regarding the screws: I will upload evidence showing there was no issue. If you need a refund for the cost of the screws, simply let us know how you would like to receive it—by check, Cash App, or Zelle. Regarding the scaffolding: we volunteered—though I think it was a mistake—to travel two hours ourselves to rent the scaffolding under the company name. Furthermore, we used our own fuel to pick up and return the scaffolding—another two hours of driving—at no extra cost. As for the excess drywall the gentleman mentioned, we used our own vehicles and trailers to go to the store, buy the materials, and make the delivery ourselves, all at no extra charge. This experience helps us refine our methods. We do not wish to stir up controversy, but we do have the right to defend ourselves and present all the evidence to clarify that the situation is not as the gentleman claims.
Finally, regarding the cost for the waste removal: the amount charged reflects the standard rate for a two-hour trip to collect refuse that was not included in the original contract. The gentleman was unhappy because he expected the service to be free; however, as a company, we are charged a fee to dispose of this waste—whether based on weight, load size, or other factors—as I previously explained. This experience will prompt us to revise certain aspects of our company policies.
